Instructions:

1. Prepare Almonds:
Bring ¼ cup of almonds and add them to a bowl. Boil some water and soak the almonds for 5 minutes in the hot water. Then, peel the almonds and place them in a frying pan on low heat for 5 minutes to roast. Set aside to cool.

2. Prepare White Chocolate Ganache:
For the ganache, bring 150g of white chocolate, crack it with a knife, and melt it using the double boiling method (boil water and place the bowl with chocolate on top, stirring until fully melted). Add 2 tsp (30g) of coconut cream or fresh coconut cream and mix well until the mixture becomes thick. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 5 minutes to cool.

3. Assemble the Laddu:
After the ganache has cooled, remove the cling wrap and mix for a while. Then, bring all the ingredients together: homemade Choco shell (recipe below), roasted almonds, and desiccated coconut.

   - Take one half of the Choco shell, add ganache, and place an almond inside.
   - Add ganache to the other half and close the two halves together, forming a circle.
   - In a bowl, melt some white chocolate and dip the laddu inside. Then coat it with desiccated coconut. Your coconut laddu (Raffaello chocolate) is ready!

How to Make Choco Shell:
1. In a bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 3 tsp of powdered sugar, and 2 tsp (30g) of butter. Mix with your hands (make sure your hands are clean).
2. Add 3 tsp of chilled milk and knead well until combined. Cover the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, remove the dough and divide it into two. Roll out one part thinly on butter paper or a plastic sheet and cut it into a circular shape using a cutter.
4. Take half of a round-shaped mold and gently press the dough into the mold, making sure it fits perfectly. Prick the dough all over with a stick to prevent puffing.
5. Place the molds in a preheated oven and bake at 350°F for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the edges are light golden brown. Your Choco shells are now ready.
