Easy Tomato Spaghetti Pasta and Sauce Recipe for Beginners
In this article, I’ll show you a quick and easy way to make spaghetti, pasta, and sauce at home in just a few minutes. It may look difficult and quite complicated, but follow me step by step, and you’ll be a pro in no time.

Instructions for Tomato Spaghetti Pasta:

Boil the Spaghetti:
Heat a pan over medium heat, filling it halfway with water. Add 1 tsp of salt and some cooking oil. Let it boil.

Prepare the Onion:
Wash and chop one whole onion. In a frying pan, add 4 tsp of cooking oil or butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and stir until it turns translucent.

Make the Sauce:
Add the pasta sauce, one vegetable stock, 1 tsp of tomato paste, and ½ tsp of black pepper to the frying pan. Mix well, cover, and reduce the heat to low.

Cook the Spaghetti:
Once the water is boiling, add the spaghetti. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until done. Drain it while running cold water over it to prevent sticking.

Combine Pasta and Sauce:
Add the drained spaghetti to the sauce you made earlier. Mix it well.

Garnish:
Wash some parsley, chop it, and sprinkle on top. Enjoy your dish!

- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 5 cloves Garlic
- Olive oil (or cooking oil)
- Some seasonings (Paprika, black pepper, coriander)

Wash 10 medium-sized tomatoes and cut each into four pieces. Peel 5 cloves of garlic.

In a blender, combine the chopped tomatoes, garlic, and half of the vegetable stock. Blend until smooth.

Add the blended mixture to the onions in the frying pan. Mix well. Season with paprika, black pepper, coriander, and 1 tsp of tomato paste. Cook on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Your pasta sauce is ready!
