Recipe Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables

    • Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
    • Chop the onion, garlic, and ginger finely.
    • Shred the cabbage, slice the carrot, and cut the green beans into small pieces.
  2. Cooking Process

    • Heat 2 tsp of cooking oil or butter in a pot over medium heat.
    • Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
    • Peel and chop three pieces of garlic, then add them along with ginger to the onion.
    • Add ¼ cup of shredded cabbage, 3 tsp of carrot, and 8-10 chopped green beans (or any available vegetables in your kitchen).
