Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients Needed:

- 200g mushroom
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 medium-sized white/yellow onion (or 1 small purple onion)
- Fresh parsley
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste

Cooking Steps:

1. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, slice them thickly, and set aside.

2. Wash and finely chop the onion and parsley separately. Mince the garlic and set it aside.

3. Heat a pan on low heat, add olive oil, and lightly crush 2 garlic cloves to infuse the oil.

4. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft. Mix in the butter, and once melted, remove the crushed garlic cloves.

5. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 10-15 minutes until they develop a golden-brown color.

6. Once browned, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

7. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth, then add black pepper, dried oregano, and parsley. Stir well and let simmer for 10 minutes.

8. Stir in the heavy cream, then add the grated parmesan cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.

9. Remove from heat and serve hot.

Serving Suggestions:
