Easy Quick Churros Home Baking Recipe

In a clean pan, add 1 cup of water, 1 stick of butter (cut into 8 pieces), some salt, and 1 ½ tablespoons of sugar. Mix well.

On medium heat, let the mixture boil, then reduce the heat and add 1 cup of flour to the saucepan. Stir well until the dough comes together and is smooth. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.

Once cooled, add three eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well. Pipe the churros onto a baking sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Transfer the churros to an air fryer basket and air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.

If you don’t have an air fryer, heat 2 cups of cooking oil in a frying pan on low heat. Once hot, place the churros in the oil, stirring constantly until they turn golden brown. Set aside.

In a blender, blend some cinnamon and sugar separately. In a bowl, mix 5 teaspoons of cinnamon powder and 5 teaspoons of sugar powder. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the churros.
