Let's Start Our Recipe:

Start by washing one large onion and some dill. Finely chop them and set aside. Cut the top and bottom of the onion, finely chop it, and set aside. Wash some parsley, chop it well, and set aside. In a big bowl, add 600g of minced meat, the chopped onion, dill, and parsley. Peel and finely chop 4 cloves of garlic, then add them to the meat in the bowl. Add 1/3 cup of dry breadcrumbs, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp paprika, and 1 egg. Mix well until combined.

With clean hands, shape the meat into round balls. Heat a frying pan on medium heat with 5 tsp olive oil (cooking oil also works). Place the meatballs in the oil and fry them for about 1-2 minutes on each side, then remove and set aside.

Wash a medium-sized onion and finely chop it. Heat a frying pan on medium heat, pour in 5 tsp olive oil, and add the chopped onion. Sauté well for 5 minutes. Slice 3 cloves of garlic and 1 red chili pepper, then add them to the onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add 600g of tomato sauce, 1 ½ cups of water, 3 tsp of tomato paste, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp coriander powder, and 7-9 chopped basil leaves. Mix well, then add the meatballs, cover with a lid, and let it cook for a while.

Bring a pot of water to a boil on medium heat, adding salt and some oil. Once boiling, add the spaghetti and cook for 10-15 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.

Once the tomato sauce with meatballs is well-cooked, serve some spaghetti on a plate, add the sauce on top, and garnish with basil leaves. That’s how you make delicious spaghetti with tomato sauce and meatballs.
