Ingredients Needed:
Green onion, Garlic, Medium-sized onion, Beef, Soy sauceDark soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Sugar, Baking soda, Corn starch, Olive oil, Sesame oil, Salt Rice, wine Rice or noodles.
Let's Start Our Recipe:
Start by washing 4 green onions. Cut them into two parts: separate the white part from the green. Slice the white part into two, then cut it again. For the green part, cut it into three sections and set aside. Peel 4 cloves of garlic, finely chop them, and set aside. Wash a medium-sized onion, slice it, separate the onion shells, and set aside.
Bring 480g of beef (chunk) and slice it evenly. Place the beef in a bowl and season it. Add 2 tsp soy sauce, 2 ¼ tsp dark soy sauce, ¾ tsp oyster sauce, 3 tsp olive oil (cooking oil also works), 1 ½ tsp sesame oil, ¾ tsp sugar, 1 ½ tsp baking soda, and 4 ½ tsp corn starch. Mix well and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
On medium flame, heat a frying pan and add 1 ½ tsp olive oil (or cooking oil). Add the sliced onion and the white part of the green onion. Sauté for a while, then remove from the pan and set aside. In the same frying pan, add 1 ½ tsp olive oil on medium heat. Add the marinated meat and sauté until its color changes. Add 1 ½ tsp garlic and sauté together until the meat is nearly cooked. Then, add 1 ½ tsp rice wine, 3 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 ½ tsp oyster sauce, and 1/3 cup of water. Stir and cook until the water is about to evaporate. Finally, add ½ tsp black pepper, the cooked onion, and the green onion. Stir for 3 minutes, turn off the heat, and your tender and delicious beef stir fry is ready.
This recipe can be served with noodles or well-cooked white rice. You can also sprinkle some sesame seeds on top for extra flavor.
