-Mushroom
-Cooking cream
-Cheese

-Paprika powder
Instructions:
Start by peeling 1 kg of potatoes, washing them well, and cutting each into four pieces. In a large pot, add 3 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Add the potatoes and cook over medium heat until soft.
Meanwhile, wash one medium-sized onion and one carrot. Finely chop the onion and set it aside. Peel and grate the carrot. On medium heat, heat a frying pan, add 2 teaspoons of butter, then sauté the onion for a while. Add the grated carrot and continue sautéing until the onion becomes sweet and the carrot softens. Add ½ teaspoon of black pepper and some salt, stir well, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
Check the potatoes. If they are soft and cooked, drain the water and transfer them to a bowl. Mash them thoroughly, then add the sautéed onion-carrot mixture and mix well. Finely chop some parsley and add it to the mashed potatoes along with ½ teaspoon of paprika, 5 teaspoons of wheat flour, 2 cracked eggs, and some salt. Mix well and set aside.
Wash and finely chop one medium-sized onion. Heat a frying pan on medium heat, add a small cube of butter, then sauté the chopped onion. Cut one chicken breast (fillet) into small pieces and add it to the onion. Chop 3-4 pieces of mushrooms into small pieces and add them to the mixture. Mix well, then add some salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, 100 ml of cooking cream, and some paprika. Sauté until the mixture thickens, then transfer it to a bowl. Shred some mozzarella cheese and mix it with the chicken-mushroom mixture. Set aside.
Wash your hands thoroughly. Take a portion of the mashed potatoes, create a small hole in the center, and fill it with the chicken-mushroom mixture. Close the hole and shape it into flat circles. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, then fry the potato balls on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
For the Dressing:
In a glass bowl, add 4 teaspoons of sour cream (yogurt), some salt, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper. Finely chop some dill and half an onion, then add them to the sour cream mixture. Mix well. If you prefer a spicy sauce, add 1 teaspoon of chili sauce.
Enjoy your delicious homemade stuffed mashed potato balls with the perfect creamy sauce!
